Happy 2013 Style Darlings! My best recommendation for sales is to go head to the stores & hit the clearance racks for the latest end-of-the-season deals.
However, one email has caught my attention & that’s from ALDO shoes, including 50-70% off on all clearance shoes, boots, & sandals. While clicking through, I was impressed to find affordable prices on the Shost heels ($27.99) in black, Ahnell boots ($38.99) in taupe, & Subido sandals ($26.99) in purple. Which are your favorite? Baby, it’s cold outsiiiide! Yep, it’s true & here in New York, you can never really know what to expect when it comes to the weather, which is why I’m sharing with readers the latest Sale of the Week from Old Navy. All outerwear is currently 50% off (online & in stores), which means there’s no reason why you can’t be warm & stylish at the same time. This offer expires on Monday, 11/12, so hurry up & get shopping!
I recommend the classic wool blend coat ($27.00) in yellow, which is also available in 11 other hues & plaids, but a bright pop of color against the sometimes grey conditions out there in the world is pretty fabulous. Also, for some length, the color-block wool blend peacoat ($35.00) in navy stripe is a figure-flattering neutral with some flair to break up the usual greys & blacks that we see in coats. The ruffle-collar wool blend coat ($45.00) in juicy grape is a rich way to keep your outerwear feminine & sleek, without the fuss of too many buttons or a belt. Lastly, the frost free quilted jacket ($24.50) in brown leopard adds some volume to fend off the cold, but also shows off your wild side with the print. If pattern isn’t your thing, this is also available in six additional solid hues.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted a Sale of the Week- not b/c there haven’t been any good sales, but I’ve been working so hard trying to give Style Darling its much-deserved makeover.
