2013 Golden Globe Awards are still airing, but I just couldn’t wait any longer to post this very thorough gallery. Some of my favorite looks include (in Tina Fey L’Wren Scott), (in Jennifer Lopez Zuhair Murad), (in Katharine McPhee Theyskens’ Theory), (in Kerry Washington Miu Miu), (in Emily Blunt Michael Kors), (in Lucy Liu Carolina Herrera), (in Rachel Weisz Louis Vuitton), (in Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Saint Laurent Paris)… just to name a few!
Top trends included lots of black & gold, as seen on
(in Kate Hudson Alexander McQueen), (in Helen Mirren Badgley Mischka), & (in Nicole Kidman Alexander McQueen), as well as reds & oranges like (in Jennifer Lawrence Christian Dior Haute Couture), (in Jessica Alba Oscar de la Renta), (in Marion Cotillard Dior), (in Claire Danes Versace), & (in Zooey Deschanel Oscar de la Renta).
Also, you can’t forget about the black looks, some of which I’ve named in my favorites, but I also loved
(in Julianne Moore Tom Ford), (in Adele Burberry), (in Allison Williams J. Mendel), (in Debra Messing Donna Karan Atelier), (in a floor-length sequin gown), Sofia Vergara (in Eva Longoria Pucci), & (in Salma Hayek Gucci).
Lastly, softer nearly colorless colors had their place with
(in Anne Hathaway Chanel), (in Lea Michele Elie Saab), (in Amy Adams Marchesa), (in Amanda Seyfried Givenchy), (in Megan Fox Dolce & Gabbana), & (in Hayden Panettiere Roberto Cavalli)!

Last night’s red carpet for the
18th Annual Critics’ Choice Awards, movies like Argo, Silver Linings Playbook, Zero Dark Thirty, & Lincoln were celebrated along with their very well-dressed cast. The leading ladies of the film hit the red carpet, showing off their assets. There was plenty of sheer paneling, giving off the sexy illusion of skin, as seen on (in Jennifer Lawrence Oscar de la Renta) (in Helen Hunt Philip Armstrong), (in Amanda Seyfried Marios Schwab). Also, bold colors were a big trend with (in Leslie Mann Honor Spring ’13), (in Jessica Chastain Prada), & . Not to mention floral & sequin embellishments which were made all the more fabulous by Sally Field (in Marion Cotillard Zuhair Murad), (in Elle Fanning Chanel), & (in Nina Dobrev Monique Lhuillier). Check out the complete gallery & share with us who you think was the best dressed of the night!

It’s been a whirlwind for celebrities recently, what with movie premieres, prepping for the Emmy’s, press appearances, & charity gatherings, yet I’ve been able to sift through some of the best looks for my
Style Darlings. It seems that our favorite ladies of the red carpet haven’t forgotten to dress like ladies, especially since they’re all sporting pretty dresses with pumps, just enough plunging necklines, & figure-flattering frocks. I’ve been keeping an eye out for the fall trends as well, finding that suit separates are one of the top trends, but I’ll save that for another post since 9/10 of these Style Darlings are pants-free.

My sincerest apologies to my followers for my lengthy absence, but life has been throwing me some very tiresome curveballs. As a consolation, I’ve dug up the best images that I could find to share with my readers & created a gallery of all of the amazing looks that sparkled at this year’s
Cannes Film Festival. So many of today’s most stylish stars turned out for the prestigious event, including Eva Longoria, Jessica Chastain, Salma Hayek, Heidi Klum, Kirsten Dunst, & so on! However, my overall favorite is the very daring & elegant Diane Kruger, who very obviously dominates this gallery. Not to mention that I was happy to get a sneak peek at the latest designs by Atelier Versace, Emilio Pucci, Louis Vuitton, & Gucci. There’s no such thing as too much sparkle & the stars proved this.
Take a look at the gallery & share with us who wore your favorite looks! If red carpets are your thing, be sure to check out more from
, including the Red Carpet Review Met Costume Institute Gala! Happy Styling!

I’ve been compiling a long list of my favorite looks during the 2011 calendar year & while there are still a few days left, I wanted to share the highs of the red carpet, press events, famous Style Darlings on the street, as well as the looks that have made the headlines. This is the ultimate gallery of the ensembles to wear for formal occasions, out & about on the street, to a cocktail party, or a date night, including the best descriptions that I could find of who wore what!
