Oscars are just starting & there’s so much to talk about from tonight’s red carpet, including the anticipation behind the performances from the cast of , as well as the tribute to the James Bond series. Some of my favorites so far include Les Miserables ‘ high fashion look from Naomi Watts Armani Prive, ‘s classic old Hollywood Reese Witherspoon Louis Vuitton cobalt gown, ‘s two-tone fishtail gown by Zoe Saldana Alexis Mabille, & ‘s lace-detailed Sandra Bullock Elie Saab gown.
Other notable hits include
(in Jessica Chastain Giorgio Armani), (in Nicole Kidman L’Wren Scott), (in Jennifer Garner Gucci), (in Kerry Washington Miu Miu), & (in Charlize Theron Dior Haute Couture). Not to mention that I predicted ‘s Jennifer Lawrence Dior Haute Couture gown as an Oscar pick in my recent post, which is nothing short of fabulous when it hit the red carpet!

Looking outside my window, I see hip-high layers of snow slowly melting down & all I can think about it spring. I love dresses, light layers, & pops of color. While
New York Fashion Week is currently underway, we can catch a glimpse of the best spring styles in the latest magazines hitting newsstands this month. In the mean time, for the res of us here in the Northeast, I’d like to jump on the spring bandwagon with the latest ads for . The sultry & sexy desert beach-themed ads features models Versace‘s Spring / Summer 2013 Collection Daria Werbowy & Joan Smalls, clutched by the arms of some very well-oiled scantily clad men. Of course, the lovely ladies are adorned with Versace’s metallic-heavy accessories with coin necklaces, studded bags, & knee-high gladiator sandals.
In the video below, we can get a behind-the-scenes look at the shoot, including quick shots of
Donatella Versace at work. What are your favorite spring trends? Are you shopping the newest arrivals yet? Which are your favorite pieces from the brand?

I’m not a particular fan of
, but I think last night’s red carpet for the franchise’s final installment, The Twilight Saga , is what’s most important to pay attention to when it comes to this film. All of you Breaking Dawn Part Two Twi-hards are welcomed to seek another website to get your K-Stew / R-Patz gossip on. The film’s stars were out in full force, & ‘s headling-making nude Kristen Stewart Zuhair Murad gown has been all over the web today. While there’s no doubt that the gown is very beautiful, my vote for best dressed belongs to in a custom made blush gown by Ashley Greene Donna Karan Atelier & who debuted her brunette locks with a gorgeous jewel-toned gown by Dakota Fanning Elie Saab.
Click through the gallery, featuring the film’s leading ladies, as well as some celebrity fans who showed up to share their support for the vampire drama, including
& Molly Sims . Happy Styling! Julianne Hough
