Emmy Rossum isn’t just a pretty face, but the talented Shameless actress already has a Golden Globe nomination under her belt for her performance in 2004’s Phantom of the Opera. In addition, the trained singer is currently promoting her debut record, Sentimental Journey, featuring covers of oldies from the 1920s-1960s. As the latest cover girls for Self magazine, the multi-faceted New York native talks about her music project, which hits stores on January 29th, as well as her tricks to staying fit & healthy.
